Ciment Fondu from France conform to the requirement defined in the norm: NF P15-315: Hydraulic binders-Melted aluminous cement. The aluminate concrete that beats extreme industrial characteristics are achieved using synthetic, hard dense and non-porous aggregates to withstand the toughest combinations of thermal cycling, heat abrasion, mechanical shocks and corrosion that heavy industrial demand.
Product Characteristics
- Rapid Hardening : Fondu concrete reaches a strength in 24 hours equal to that achieved by ordinary concrete in 28 days.
- Resistant to chemical attack and corrosion.
- Withstand temperature from - 180°C to +1,100°C.
- Resist very high abrasion and point loading.
- Back in service if necessary within 6 to 8 hours after placing.
ALAG
Alag aggregates when combined with cement Fondu yield an exceptional concrete with a unique capacity to resist aggressive environments where corrosion, abrasion and high temperatures are all present. The ability to with stand these extreme conditions in a single product make Ciment Fondu/Alag an optimal choice for a wide range of most demanding applications.
Product Characteristics
- Synthetic calcium aluminate, with an alumina content of approximately 40% synthetic calcium aluminate, with an alumina content of approximately 40%.
- Withstand temperature from - 180°C to + 1,100°C.
- Extremely good resistance to abrasion, impact and point load.
- Resist corrosion by sulfates, oils, industrial effluents, aggressive chemicals, dilute acids.
- Back in service if necessary within 6 to 8 hours after placing.
- Suitable for use in areas subject to liquid gas spillage.
