Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing
A two components highly flexible cementitious protective coating, providing resistance to water, moisture and abrasion. 2K/M is a standalone product, but it can be topped or overcoated with flexible or rigid mortars, stuccos or coatings for uniform appearance.
Product Characteristics
- Applied above or below grade.
- Permanently flexible - elongation up to 85%.
- Bridges cracks up to 1/16 inch (1.5 mm).
- Accommodates substrate movement up to 1/25 inch (40 mils [1.0 mm]).
- Resists strong hydrostatic pressure. Tested up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) positive side water pressure.
- Safe for potable water.
- Stands up to pedestrian and light traffic.
- UV, weather and freeze-thaw resistant.
- Vapour permeable.
- Can be tiled or left uncoated.
SANIFLEX
Saniflex is a Liquid applied, fast setting, elastomeric waterproof membrane used to waterproof wall and floor areas in bathrooms and showers. Saniflex can be applied by trowel in one coat, achieving the required dry film thickness. Wall and floor tiles are applied directly onto the cured waterproofing film.
Product Characteristics
- Ready-to-use, solvent-free, viscous, waterproofing material that once cured is elastic, watertight, but vapour permeable.
- Can be tiled directly within same day with polymer-modified adhesives.
- Seamless, jointless waterproofing beneath tiles in damp areas and wet rooms.
- High flexibility with 80% elongation.
